Heavy Diesel Fitters FIFO into WA, Even Time & Family Friendly Rosters
Flexi Staff partners with some of Australia’s most reputable mining & maintenance contractors and currently have an extensive list of immediate start openings available for Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Fitters specializing in mining & earthmoving equipment.
They want to hear from Trade Qualified Fitters across the country who are available to work fly in fly out into Western Australia on a variety of well-paid family friendly rosters.
FIFO Rates on offer are between $50.00- $70.00p/h + super dependant on experience.
Rosters and approximate annual earnings are listed below:
- 7/7 – $109,494 – $153, 291 + super (FIFO Perth only)
- 8/6 – $125,136 – $175,190 + super (FIFO Perth only)
- 2/2 – $109, 452 – $153, 232 + super (FIFO any capital city)
- 3/2 – $131,418 – $ 183,985 + super (FIFO any capital city)
- 18/10 – $140, 785 – $187,013 + super (FIFO any capital city)
All Diesel Fitters will require an Australian / NZ Trade Certification, HR License and extensive experience on Caterpillar, Komatsu Hitachi and Leibherr earthmoving equipment. Excavator Specialists as well as those recently completing trade certifications with OEM’s will be highly regarded and encouraged to apply.

Progressing when competent, operators move up to the larger CAT 793 and CAT 797 truck, giving them the confidence and ability to handle larger load capacities on a range of challenging mine sites.
