Multi Skilled Digger Grader Operators FIFO 2/1 Brisbane

SES Labour Solutions require several Multi Skilled Operators with strong Digger / Grader and Compactor experience for work in Far North Queensland. These positions work a FIFO 2/1 roster with flights, camp accommodation and meals being provided.

They are seeking candidates with relevant RII’s and proven mine site / infrastructure earthworks experience for these roles. Candidates with solid GPS and final trim experience highly regarded.

To be considered for these positions you must:

  • Be able to pass rigorous Medical
  • Have relevant RII’s for each skill
  • Have at least three years relevant equipment experience
  • Have current Drivers License
  • Be able to pass a rigorous medical

Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII)

Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.

RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
