Longwall Coordinator – Capcoal Underground Operations

Longwall Mining Coordinator – Grasstree Mine, Middlemount QLD

Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring continual improvement of documentation and projects.

This role would ensure risk assessments, Standard Operating Procedures and Management Plans are completed in full and continually monitored for effectiveness. In addition, other key deliverable for the position would be Permit to Mine Meetings and Sequence plan reviews, delay analysis including RCAs and Incident investigations.

To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated experience in underground coal mining. Experience at a supervisory level and / or a third class ticket, as well as knowledge of Ellipse will be an advantage. Your strong leadership skills and ability to think strategically and problem solve will be key to your success in the role.

This position is based in Middlemount QLD, working a 7 on 7 off roster.
