Stellar Recruitment urgently requires multiple Diesel Fitters to start immediately with a specialist mining company searching after a fleet of excavators and heavy mobile plant.
About the Role:
If successful for this position you will be required to carry out repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics for the heavy mobile earthmoving equipment on site.
Duties:
- Excavator maintenance and repairs
- Mobile plant maintenance and repairs – trucks, dozers, graders and loaders
- Adhere to all site safety protocols and SOP’s
- Promote an enjoyable, safe and productive work environment
Skills & Experience:
- Diesel Fitting or Mechanical Trade
- Strong maintenance exposure across CAT and/ or Liebherr excavators
- Experience on heavy earthmoving equipment – CAT and Hitachi
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Current Standard 11 Induction Training
- Beneficial tickets – WAH, Forklift, EWP, Crane etc.
