About the role

An opportunity has become available for experienced Diesel Fitters to join our team, required for immediate start in Surface and Underground works at Mt Isa. This role is offered in a casual capacity of 7/7 FIFO from Townsville or Brisbane, with an opportunity for permanent roles to be offered to the right applicants. You are a highly skilled and mature individual, able to work autonomously or in a team environment. Safety is paramount in all day to day operations.

Benefits and perks

  • $45 – $50/hr (depending on experience)
  • Roster Available FIFO, 7/7.
  • Surface and Underground works Available
  • Immediate Start
  • Flights, Accommodation and Meals provided

Skills and experience Must Have

  • 3+ Years Post Trade
  • Experience with all CAT Surface Gear, Sandvik Underground Gear and Toyota LV’s would be advantageous however not essential
  • Valid AUS/NZ Recognized Trade Certificate
  • Valid C Class or Higher Drivers License
  • Motivated and Accountable
  • Keen Eye for Detail and Quality
  • Self-Driven, Never Quit Attitude!
  • Strong Safety Focus
