The role will require candidates to:
- Pass a pre-employment medical, inclusive of drug & alcohol
- Pass a National Police Check
- Have access to a laptop or desk-top computer & printer
- Complete a statutory Declaration
- The successful applicants will require:
- Heavy Diesel Fitter Trade qualification (essential);
- Current drivers license (essential);
- Demonstrated experience maintaining CATERPILLAR and/or KOMATSU equipment;
- Experience with heavy earthmoving machinery;
- Proven commitment to and compliance with site safety standards;
- Auto-electrical experience will be highly regarded.
Randstad are seeking experienced heavy earthmoving mobile plant Diesel Fitters for FIFO works based out of Cairns.
Applicants must be based in or around the Cairns region.
This role requires demonstrated experience in heavy earth moving equipment, preferably with CAT / Komatsu experience.
Project:2 weeks on, 1 week off roster
Accommodation, flights, and meals all provided
Opportunity to roll over to Full Time after 3 months probation
