Surface & Shaft Coordinator � Capcoal Underground Operations

Reporting to the Engineering & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the work required to provide safe and reliable surface infrastructure for Grasstree Mine. This dynamic role will see you offering engineering advice with respect to the winder and facilitating routine maintenance to ensure compliance to standards and legislation and optimum availability. This will be achieved through the effective planning, scheduling and supervision of maintenance to achieve best practice results.

As the successful applicant, you will possess trade qualifications (mechanical or electrical) and S1, S2, S3 and G2. Demonstrated experience leading a team to deliver against set targets and a proven track record driving business improvement and developing strategy are required. Legislation interpretation and application skills will also be essential to ensure compliance is met. Applicants who have previous experience in winder operations and maintenance management (preferably coal) are strongly encouraged to apply.
