WorkPac are currently seeking a Fitter for a busy Specialist Heavy Machinery Gearbox Overhaul Mackay based Workshop for an immediate start. The right candidate will have experience Stripping Down and Refurbishing Gearboxes for Heavy Machinery and must be willing to work autonomously as well as within a work-group.
An absolute commitment to working safely, complying with all site safety standards and ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace is essential. It is imperative that you possess the ability and aptitude to maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance with workshop working procedures.
Requirements
- Must have relevant Fitting Experience.
- Trade Qualification Fitter
- Right to Work in Australia
- Current Driver’s License
- Ability to contribute and work positively within a team environment
- Sound Work History and Safety performance Record with in similar environment.
Please note, other fitting trades considered such as Component Overhaul, Hydraulic or Automotive.
Highly Desirable:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Previous Machining Experience.
This Role Offer
Immediate Start with potential long term employment for the correct candidate.
Monday to Friday role Mackay Based
$40.00 per hour
