Due to continued company growth URM are seeking HR/MR drivers to join the team of professional employees to learn all aspects of the waste industry. They are currently seeking drivers who are safety focused, reliable with a keen eye for detail and are extremely committed to the business and its needs.

About the role

  • In this role, you will be responsible for operating in a safe and compliant manner, being customer serviced focused and part of a progressive team.

  • You will be responsible for full completion of routes and rewarded for a Job well done!

What you’ll need to succeed

  • You will hold a current NSW HR vehicle licence (drivers only)
  • You will have a strong worth ethic as you need to work fast and be efficient
  • You will have good written and verbal communication
  • You will need to be trained on the use of ipad technology and closely follow directions
  • You will have a can do attitude with 100% commitment to the Company
  • You will be an early starter and be flexible with working hours
