Plant Mechanic / HD Fitters – FIFO From Perth

Seeking multiple Plant Mechanics to work for one of the largest Mining Equipment Manufacturing companies in the world.

HD Fitters Mining Plant Mechanic Maintenance FIFO QLD

Rubicor Workforce are seeking multiple Plant Mechanics and HD Fitters to work in various department for one of the largest mining equipment manufacturing companies in the world.

Sites Included

  • Port Hedland
  • Murrin Murrin
  • Mount Whaleback
  • Field Service (various sites)

 Duties

  • Workshop and pit repairs
  • Maintenance and servicing on a range of equipment
  • Warranty repair works and reports
  • Identifying and recommending preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Strip and re-assemble trucks
  • Carry out mob/demob of trucks

HD Fitters Mining Plant Mechanic Maintenance FIFO QLD

Essential Criteria

  • Valid current drivers license
  • Mechanical trade qualification (Heavy Duty)
  • High risk license – forklift, dogging (Desirable: overhead crane, EWP)
  • Experience with CAT, Komatzu, Hitatchi
