Fixed Plant Operators & Process Operators
The client is searching for a Fixed Plant Operators & Process Operators to work at their Baldivis plant. This is a predominantly Monday to Friday day shift role starting at 6am.
Requirements for this role:
- Forklift ticket
- Fixed Plant Experience
- Be able to obtain or have a Dangerous Goods & Police Clearance
- Previous exposure working with chemicals would be desirable
- Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
- $24.41 per hour + Penalties
Requirements for Process Operator role:
- Be able to obtain or have a Dangerous Goods & Police Clearance
- Previous exposure working with chemicals would be desirable
- Previous process/factory work
- Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
- $23.51 per hour + Penalties
Duties & Responsibilities for this role:
- Loading and unloading of dangerous goods vehicles and tanks, compliant with procedures and regulations.
- Correctly operate all plant and mobile equipment including recurring maintenance
- Work cohesively as part of the production team to achieve production targets
- Conduct accurate stock takes
- Perform and record quality checks of raw materials and finished products and safety checks of plant and mobile equipment.
- Assist with additional maintenance, administrative or other duties as directed by Plant Manager or Supervisor.
To be successful for this role you will be required to have:
- A current valid Driver’s License and own transport
- Available and searching for long term work
- 2 contactable work references from within the last 6 months
- Previous work experience in a similar role
