Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for an Experienced Scraper Operator to start immediately with Earthmoving client in the Ipswich Region. The position will be ongoing casual, working full time hours Monday to Friday.

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

  • Valid Scraper certificate of competency
  • Dozer certificate of competency
  • Experience operating a D10 Dozer
  • Be fit and able to assist with some manual labour
  • Your own reliable transport
  • Available to start immediately
  • White card
  • Be able to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to commencement of work

You will be a competent scraper operator with sound bulk earthworks experience having worked on civil construction and/or mining projects. Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII)

Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.

RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
