Experienced Excavator/Loader Operator
Experienced Excavator Loader Operator Clayton VIC
Based in Clayton, EcoGroup is seeking an experienced all-rounder with strong excavator and loader experience for there recycling operations. An HR license is highly desirable and a forklift license also an advantage but training can be provided.
Key duties include:
- Operating an excavator to sort and separate demolition materials suitable for recycling
- Operating a front end loader to load and distribute demolition waste materials
- Informing and assisting truck drivers with proper placement of loads
- Working in a safe manner at all times (including performing pre-start checks and promptly reporting repairs) and compliance with OHS and industry standards.
- Operating a forklift to load trucks and move pallets (where appropriately licensed)
- Driving a hook bin truck to/from sites (where appropriately licensed)
- Perform general labouring and yard duties where required
You must hold valid excavator and loader tickets and have a clean driving history. Experience in the recycling industry an advantage. You must be flexible, enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in the quality of your work and demonstrate care for company assets.EcoGroup has a zero tolerance to drugs and alcohol and you will be required to participate in on-going testing during your employment.
