Dump Truck Jobs Blackwater Coal Mine
Zoom Recruitment are searching for 30+ Dump Trucks Operators for work based at Blackwater Coal Mine in Central Queensland. These roles are immediate, initially casual roles with full time opportunities available to suitable performers after a 3 month period. If you’ve got experience operating CAT 797, 795, 789 & KOM 930E-4 Dump Trucks, be sure to send over a resume!
What’s required for the job:
- Valid RII`s in in Dump/Haul Truck Operating RIIMPO311E, RIIMPO337E, RIIMPO338E all considered
- RII`s for minimum 2 x machine desirable
- Standard 11 Induction Training – Valid – Current Coal Board Medical
- BMA Core Induction
- Minimum 2 years experience working on Coal Mines
- Competent operating CAT 797, 795, 789 & KOM 930E-4
- Rights to Work in Australia

Caterpillar Haul truck 789
The Caterpillar 789 dump truck is typically used in open pit mining. The 789 has a capacity of 177 tonnes, and its engine can produce 1770 horsepower.

Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII)
Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.
RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
You can transfer your nationally recognised civil Excavator, Front End Loader or Dozer tickets only to RII Black Coal Competencies.
