Crane and Riggers Operators – FIFO Shutdown

Crane Operators and Riggers - FIFO Shutdown Work Central QLD

PGC Resources are currently searching for Brisbane based Crane Operators and Riggers to join its crane crew who are contracted on regular shutdown contracts across Central Queensland. FIFO & DIDO rosters available.

Please note, you must have current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 Induction Training to be successful.

To be successful you must hold the following qualifications:

Riggers

  • Coal Board Medical (current – Section 4)
  • Standard 11 Induction Training –  (current)
  • High Risk Work License – RB, RI, RA, WP
  • Working at Heights
  • Confined Space
  • C Class license required – HR, HC or MC license desirable
  • BMA Core Induction – desirable
  • BMA Site inducted  (Goonyella, Blackwater, Caval Ridge, Saraji) desirable
  • Minimum 2 years experience rigging in either the resources or crane hire industry
  • Excellent attitude to safety
  • Flexible attitude to work with all our crew required to help other crews onsite with tasks that are outside of normal rigging duties

Crane Operators

  • Coal Board Medical (current – Section 4)
  • Standard 11 Induction Training –  (current)
  • Minimum CN with CO ticket preferred
  • Minimum HR License with HC or MC preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience operating hydraulic slew cranes (CO)
  • Minimum 2 years experience operating Frannas (CN)
  • BMA Core Induction – desirable
  • BMA Site inducted  (Goonyella, Blackwater, Caval Ridge and Saraji) – desirable
  • Excellent attitude to safety
  • Flexible attitude to work with all Crane Ops required at times to assist with other duties such as rigging, driving trucks or helping other contractor groups with tasks outside of crane operating
