Bulk Earthworks, Bulk Earthworks, Bulk Earthworks…..yadda yadda yadda– I could on rabbit on for while with stacks of Fancy Schmancy detail about this Civil Supervisors’ role- but in a nutshell, it’s only for those with recent significant Bulk Earthworks experience.
