About the Role
They are currently seeking Experienced Underground Loader Operators for work with a well known Mining Company to FIFO from either Townsville or Cairns.
Casual to permanent opportunities exist for skilled and experienced Underground Loader Operators who will contribute to the successful operations of this mine site.
To be successful in these roles you will have the following:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Underground Loader Operator within underground mining operations
- Machinery competencies
- Current Drivers License
- Must be able to work within a diverse and challenging environment.
On-boarding Process
Candidate please note that the on-boarding process for these roles will be structured and will be required to undertake skills Underground Loader Operators – FIFO from Cairns, Townsville or Brisbane

The Caterpillar 785 Haul Truck, Dump Truck or off-road truck as they are called in the U.S. are still used across the world in open-cut mining operations. This huge truck has proven it’s worth for many years and has often been the entry-level truck for new operators.
Progressing when competent, operators move up to the larger CAT 793 and CAT 797 truck, giving them the confidence and ability to handle larger load capacities on a range of challenging mine sites.
