Scraper Operators + HR Watercart Operator
Custom Resources & Recruitment are your labour hire specialists to the Mining, Civil and Commercial construction industries.
On behalf of client, CPH Mining & Civil – are currently seeking applications for the following DIDO positions. Camp accommodation and meals will be provided for these roles.
SCRAPER OPERATOR
- $50 per hour
- 7:7 DIDO roster
- Day work only
- Candidates must possess the following:
- RIIMPO312 – Conduct Scraper Operations
- BMA Core Induction or Standard 11 Induction Training
- Saraji mine inducted (preferred but not essential)
- Coal Board Medical (current)
HR WATERCART OPERATOR
- $44 per hour
- 5:2 Roster
- Day work only
- Candidates must possess the following
- RIIVEH307 – Operate Heavy Rigid Vehicle
- RIIMPO206 – Conduct Bulk Water Truck Operations
- BMA Core Induction or Standard 11 Induction Training
- Goonyella Riverside mine inducted (preferred but not essential)
- Coal Board Medical (current)
Due to the roster of this Watercart role, only those candidates local to the Moranbah / Mackay areas will be considered.

Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII)
Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.
RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
