Although Cougar Energy is a global company, they are being funded to continue moving forward with its JORC (*Joint Ore Reserves Committee) drilling program on its Mackenzie PCI grade coal tenement in the Bowen Basin, Queensland.

The Mackenzie coal tenement has an exploration target of 120 – 170 million tonnes of **PCI (pulverised coal) grade coal and is between the Jellinbah (PCI) and Yarrabee (PCI and Thermal) coal mines with excellent infrastructure availability. The coal mines are situated West of Rockhampton.

Cougar Energy is also seeking further investors in the Mackenzie project and/or a potential large investor in the company. They are also completing the evaluation on how it will proceed with the Wandoan Thermal coal project (JORC 360 Mt) and its Kingaroy coal asset (JORC 73 Mt).
