This position is responsible for providing a mowing service to open space and recreation areas to ensure that Mowing Program standards and deadlines and that the work is carried out within cost estimates and budget objectives. On a daily basis you will undertake grass cutting using tractor drawn mowing attachments, including gang mowers, slashers, and other specialized mowing equipment, etc., within parks and reserves on a programmed basis and to undertake other work as defined.

About the person

Applicants must have a current C Class Drivers Licence. The successful candidate should have previous experience using and maintaining small plant equipment. It would be preferred but not essential for applicants to have a MR Licence and tickets/experience using minor horticultural equipment (e.g. hedge trimmers, rotary hoe, etc.)
