They are pleased to announce a change of lifestyle opportunity on new 2:2 FIFO Roster. These will be permanent employment opportunities for suitably skilled individuals with the passion and drive to contribute to the success of Murrin Operations.
Minara Resources Pty Ltd is making the move to change mining teams to a lifestyle friendly 2:2 roster. This new roster will come into effect early April 2018.
Mine operations currently consists of 3 teams working a 2:1 roster, FIFO from Perth. Under the new rostering structure, there will be 4 teams working a 2:2 Roster, FIFO from Perth. You will join a 26-person team reporting to the Team Lead – Mine Operations. The mine consists of multiple open pits and various types of equipment.
Qualifications and suitable experience in one or more of the following:
- 150 Tonne Haul Trucks (Cat 785 or similar)
Mobile Plant Operators Lifestyle Roster Mining WA
- 200 Tonne Excavators (Hitachi 1900 or similar)
- Track Dozers (D10T or similar)
- Wheel Loaders (992K or similar),
- Wheel Dozers (854K or similar),
- Graders (16M or similar),
- Certification in Training & Assessment for any of the above equipment is viewed in high regard.
The Lifestyle:
These roles are permanent, full time positions, FIFO from Perth and are offered on an initial 2:1 roster until early April 2018, when the transition from 3 to 4 teams will be finalized, after which the 2:2 roster will take effect.
The site is only a short flight from Perth and village is well equipped to keep you entertained. They have a fully equipped gym, tennis courts, basketball courts, cricket nets, swimming pool and tavern. You will also be allocated your own dedicated en-suited room.
