Mining Underground Operators & Trades Development QLD. Experienced Underground Operators – Immediate Start

One of there reputable clients are currently seeking 10 experienced Underground Operators, in an IMMEDIATE START – Bundoora, Queensland.

Candidates with a demonstrated history of working to strict safety and quality standards in the coal mine industry are strongly encouraged to apply.

To be considered suitable for this position, applicants must have:

• Minimum 12 months experience working underground in Ventilation
• SOA – Standard 11 Induction Training Surface/Underground Induction
• Current Coal Board Medical & Black Coal Chest X-Ray
• Drivers License
• Underground Equipment Authorizations
• Hand Held Bolters
• PJB/ Dirft Runner
• QDS Implements
• UG Loaders
• Concreting (desirable)
• Machinery tickets
• Driftrunner, Eimco Loader, Winder Borer & Gopher & Altai
• SOA – RIIUND207D Conduct Underground Lifting Operations (desirable)

Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII)

Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.

RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
