A world leading mining operations company that specializes in the extraction of metals is currently seeking to expand their team and consequently require an experience Plant Metallurgist to join their expert team on a permanent basis for their North Queensland.
Your new role
Reporting into the Plant Manager you will be primarily responsible for reviewing the processing facility’s operational performance and development of operational control strategies. You will also be responsible for compiling the weekly and monthly accounting, planning and performance reporting.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need a tertiary qualifications in either minerals processing, extractive metallurgy, chemical engineering or similar. It is highly desirable that you have demonstrated experience within base metal heap leaching or CIP processing.
