Project Manager – Dairy (Melbourne) Industrial Team at Beca

The Opportunity

Industrial group of engineering and project management specialists has demonstrated a commitment to client service excellence, sustained growth and successful project completion. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with clients in leading the delivery of complex solutions in multidisciplinary environments whilst developing long-term partnerships in a growing industry.

You will be joining a technically diverse team of professionals who thrive in a culture where you are challenged to be creative in your problem solving and in exercising sound technical judgement. You will be working hand-in-hand with clients on-site and will have the immediate opportunity to lead and manage projects.

About you

This opportunity is for an intermediate-level Project Manager and they expect that you will have the capability to:
Manage industrial projects of moderate size and complexity from inception, through to construction, commissioning and handover.

• Work effectively in a team environment, promoting and supporting great delivery culture
• Understand the client’s business and strategic issues in order to ensure successful outcomes
• Deliver results on behalf of our clients, ensuring a great client experience
• You will preferably be a degree-qualified Process, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with experience in hands-on, site-based project delivery of projects.
• Dairy other food and beverage manufacturing is preferred
