All Rounder – Mining Operators Multiple Roles

CoreStaff Darwin are seeking experienced Mining Machine Operators for Multiple Roles for FIFO from Darwin only, working 2:2 Roster on a NT Mine Site

  • Haul Truck Operators
  • Excavator Operators
  • Multi Skilled Operators

Mining Machine Operators Multiple Roles FIFO Mine Site

About the role:

  • 2:2 FIFO Roster from Darwin to Site
  • Competitive hourly rates

For this role, you will need:

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
  • 3-5 years’ experience operating in the mining field
  • Relevant ticketed licenses and qualifications such as; RII Haul Truck

In return, flights to and from site from Darwin, accommodation and meals are provided. This position is suited for Darwin residents as flights from interstate are not accommodated for.

Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII)

Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.

RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
