The Opportunity
WorkPac Professional are currently seeking an experienced Execution Supervisor for an ongoing role within the Bowin Basis. The successful candidate will commence as soon as possible and be working within Mine Services on either a 7/7 or 5/5 dayshift roster. Accommodation provided while on shift.
About the role
Your proven ability to motivate and manage teams is essential to your success in this role. Supervisory or HSE experience within a civil or mining environment is desirable. You will utilize your ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities, strong decision-making skills and your ability to stay calm under pressure in order to achieve the best outcome for your crew and production.
The role will involve Supervising and managing all facets of small work fronts executing civil type earthworks roles, ranging from road construction, tailings dam maintenance, topsoil removal, CHPP earthworks, earthworks interacting with fixed infrastructure. Reporting the Mine
