Maintenance & Improvement Supervisor – Shovels & Draglines
With the return on the Mining Sector, NES has been contracted to provide recruitment services for several mine projects across the east coast. These projects include mine expansions, new constructions, mine restoration and commissioning projects.
Currently they have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to provide specialist advice on dragline and rope shovel for one of Australia’s premier mining companies.
As one of the key drivers in delivering these projects, you will be responsible for providing specialist advice, end-to-end performance and identifies and implements improvement initiatives that enable functional excellence, oversea the day to day operation onsite, offer technical support to maintenance trades teams.
Maintenance & Improvement Supervisor Shovels Draglines QLD
The successful candidate will have had an extensive history working with mobile plant equipment including Rope Shovels, Electric Shovels and Draglines.
You will also hold your current:
- Mechanical or Electrical Trade Certificate
- S1,S2,S3, G8 Certificates
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Extensive experience working with Rope Shovels and Draglines.
- Drive adherence to business systems and process
- BMA Core Induction
- Willingness to get on the tool when needed
Suitable candidates will ideally have the following experience:
- SAP
- Microsoft Office
- Advanced written and verbal skills and a high level of interpersonal skills to build business partnerships with site personnel and key stakeholders
