Learning Development Officer Dawson Coal Mine Moura QLD
Reporting to the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will work within the training team to ensure the data integrity and compliance of training records are maintained at a high standard. You will be instrumental in the delivery of the mine’s safety and training performance targets.
You will achieve this through the effective development, implementation and management of Dawson’s annual training and development plans, in accordance with Anglo American’s corporate policies, systems and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, combined with experience in a similar site-based role (ideally in the mining/resources industry). Experience in MS Office and also previous experience delivering learning and development projects will be highly regarded.
