Goonyella Riverside Mine Shutdown – Trades and Non Trades

Downer’s Engineering, Construction & Maintenance division supports our customers through the asset life cycle, from initial feasibility and design through to construction, commissioning, operation, ongoing asset management and decommissioning.

Position summary

Downer are seeking candidates with previous coal experience to join casual shutdown crew for an upcoming 2-month Wash Plant shutdown at the Goonyella Riverside Mine on a 4/2 Roster starting Mid October 2018.

Require the following:

  • Mechanical Fitters
  • Boilermakers
  • Riggers
  • Trades Assistants

About you:

  • Relevant recognized trade certification
  • BMA induction
  • Standard 11 Induction Training Certificate
  • Confined space/Working at heights
  • Current Coal Board medical (desirable)
  • Available to start Mid October 18
