Fitters and Boilermakers – FIFO Shutdown work
Reporting to the Supervisor you will be responsible for providing support to fixed plant infrastructure teams across WA’s Pilbara, Port’s and regional projects. Your specialized knowledge and aptitude will contribute to the overall success and efficiency of there specialist operations. You must be a team player, must be able to use your initiative and you must have a commitment to zero-harm safety principles.
Positions available
Gove shutdown 18th – 24th August (Monthly shutdowns)
Roy Hill Mine 29th August to 7th September (Monthly shutdowns)
Qualifications required:
- Boilermaker or Fitter Trade qualification
- Working at Heights & Confined Space
- Valid Driver’s License
- White/Blue Card
- Roy Hill OR Rio Tinto inducted highly desirable
To be a part of the team you must have a clear understanding of construction safety regulations and safe work practices, be physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical and consistently pass on-site drug and alcohol testing.
