Drill Rig/ HD Fitters – Surface & Underground Opportunities

Drill Rig Heavy Duty Fitters Surface Underground Mining WA-iMINCO.net Mining Information

2XM require experienced Drill Rig Fitters/ Diesel Fitters for their clients in the mining & drilling sector. Immediate requirements FIFO ex Perth & workshop in Perth.

They work with drilling companies here in WA that are searching to bring on-board experienced Drill Fitters for rig repair and maintenance within both exploration and Drill & Blast. Must be open to 2/1’s with some even time rosters upcoming. They have workshop positions available as well.

They also require HD Fitters for mining clients for both surface & underground maintenance work on drill rigs and vehicles. Previous experience with Sandvik is highly sought after.

Minimum requires for successful candidates include:

  • Trade Qualified
  • 2 years post-trade experience
  • National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical

Other desirable but not essential tickets/ certs include:

  • HR License, C class accepted
  • Senior First Aid Cert & Working at Heights

They have immediate requirements for drill rig fitters on 2/1 rosters with pay rate $55 – $60ph depending on level of experience. 3 month probation as this is a full-time position.

Workshop drill fitter roles in Perth pay $41 – $45ph and include 12 week probation. 3 month probation as this is a full-time position.

HD Fitter positions are 2/2 rosters with pay rate $55 – $60ph depending on experience. 3 month probation as this is a full-time position.
