They now require a COMBO OPERATOR for modern equipment to compliment the team of regular long term workers with the Company, with ongoing work. Most equipment is new or near new and well maintained.

  • Monday – Friday, Saturday if required but variable dependent on work commitments

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Applicant will be responsible for site preparation for laying concrete driveways, patios, pools, pathways, landscaping, drains, footings and similar.
  • Pre-check equipment daily and show initiative by arranging any maintenance with
    Co-ordinator.
  • Work in liaison with, and under direction of the Site Director, for designated projects.

Applicant to have:

  • 3 years excavation experience in Combo Operation and Associated
  • Current white card / blue card
  • Current HR License and Operating Tickets
  • Able to work in confined space if with attention to underground cabling & piping
  • Be responsible for equipment and protect company assets
  • Have reliable transport to and from Company business location
  • Operate safely under Safe Work Practices
  • A hard worker, good communication skills, motivated, forward thinking, good work ethic, a prompt and reliable attitude
  • Build working relationships with other company contractors
