Contract Administrator – Site Based 10/4 FIFO roster

Caval Ridge Coal Mining FIFO roster Moranbah Site QLD-iMINCO.net Mining Information

PROTECH are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator for Caval Ridge Coal project near Moranbah

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to;

  • Contribute to developing project costs
  • Ensure financial/contractual systems are established at site
  • Entering and costing site dockets
  • Database management
  • Liaise with subcontractors and all appropriate consultants
  • Ensure that contract requirements are being met
  • Attend to general head contract and subcontract correspondence
  • Assist in the accurate and timely submission of progress, variation and contractual claims
  • Assist to ensure financial reporting requirements are met
  • Assist to ensure project specific reporting requirements are met
  • Ensure compliance with the WHSEQ polices and procedures
  • Adhoc site administration tasks as required

To be suitable for this role, you must have;

  • Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in a contracts administration role
  • Experience in the civil construction industry
  • Current white/blue construction card
  • Ideally have a current Coal Board Medical
  • Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office programs
  • Able to prioritize tasks and excellent time management
  • Two good industry references
  • Available to start ASAP
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
