About the role

We are currently seeking Trades Assistants of varying skillsets and experience to join our teams across the Pilbara, WA and Bowen Basin, QLD.

Trade Assistants work in trade-supporting roles within our Operations Services Maintenance team to keep our machinery and plant safe, serviced and ready for operation.

In this role you can expect an attractive roster (variable depending on location), competitive pay, including annual bonus, annual pay reviews and a generous share match scheme.

About you

We are searching for people from a broad range of backgrounds who can bring their passion and enthusiasm to our team.

• Ideally you would have experience as a Trade Assistant working with heavy earth moving equipment in mining, civil, construction, agriculture, defence or marine industries.
• Ideally you will possess:
• A high safety focus is a must
• Previous experience in mining will be highly regarded, although not essential
• Dedicated and enthusiastic
• Keen to learn with a willingness for self-improvement
• Ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
• Effective listening and strong interpersonal skills
