The Role…
The client is a Leading Mining House and is searching for safety minded operators for an immediate start! Details of the role include:
- Excellent pay rates + super on all hours worked
- 2:1 Roster
- 12 Hour Shifts
- FIFO from Perth
Successful applicants will be able to provide and demonstrate the following:
- Excavator Operators must have Liebherr 9400, 995 996 9800 or Hitachi EX500, EX5600 experience
- Must also have experience on CAT 789/793 trucks
- Current Australian drivers license
- Ability to complete a PEM including a D&A test

The Caterpillar 789 dump truck is typically used in open pit mining. The 789 has a capacity of 177 tonnes, and its engine can produce 1770 horsepower.
There are hundreds of CAT 789 dump trucks on various mine sites in Australia; working hard in open-cut coal mines as well as hauling raw iron ore dirt across the open, dusty mine sites of Western Australia.
