Production Dispatch Operator George Fisher Mine Operations QLD
Currently have an opportunity for a Production Dispatch Operator within there team in the George Fisher Mine Operations department. This vacancy is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in strategic mining, working residential in Mount Isa on a 7 days on 7 days off continuous shift roster.Reporting to the Underground Shift Supervisor, you will be required to engage with a number of stakeholders throughout the business to achieve a various targets. Some of your responsibilities will include, however are not limited to, managing the logistics of the Load and Haul fleet and the secondary material movements throughout the underground. Assisting the Shift Supervisor to execute the daily plan effectively, whilst ensuring that performance of mobile fleet is optimized. It is paramount that you have a high level of attention to detail to allow for the coordinating of Production shifts. This role is a key part of our underground leadership team.
To be successful for this position, you must have at least 3 years underground operational experience or previous dispatch experience. You must have or have the ability to obtain S1 S2 S3 certification. It is necessary that you have sound computer literacy skills, in particular Microsoft Office Suite. A valid C class driver’s license is essential along with a strong commitment to safety and ability to follow company standards and procedures; and encourage and strive for a safe work environment. Training will be provided to familiarize you with the requirements of the role.
