The Opportunity

WorkPac Professional are currently seeking an experienced Wet Plant Processing Supervisor to coordinate the linkages with upstream and downstream operations. You will be leading and influencing to assist in making decision that improve operational performance.

Key Accountabilities include:

Define business strategies and organisational policies to enable the strategic coordination of multiple major projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of projects

Deliver the Care Strategy through supporting a culture of care and accountability as an enabler to continuously learn and improve.

Ensure all work is well designed and reliably delivers safe outcomes.

Manage and control operational data collection, review and reporting.

Select, develop, coach and mentor employees ??? build experience and capability by creating meaningful development opportunities
