Duties include installing and maintaining underground services including ventilation, water and air, delivery and pick up of tools and equipment and general underground labouring duties.

Ideally the client is seeking those with experience working in an underground mine, however those with a Boilermaker or Carpentry background will be highly regard Ongoing work for the right person

Underground Mining Service Crew FIFO Townsville QLD

Ideally the client is seeking those with experience working in an underground mine, however those with a Boilermaker or Carpentry background will be highly regarded. Above all, the right work attitude is crucial. Willingness to learn, work as part of a team and be committed to safety are key qualities in the successful applicants.

To apply, please ensure you meet the following criteria:

  • Posses relevant experience as outlined above
  • Current Drivers License
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical
  • First Aid certificate completed within the last 12 months (preferred)

The roster will be 7/7 day/night working 12hr shifts. Applicants must reside within 150km of the Townsville or Cairns airport. Meals and accommodation will be provided on site, inductions and medical will be arranged prior to commencing work.
