They are currently seeking applicants for Underground Nippers at a remote mine site in North West QLD. Duties include delivery of consumables to mining & bolting sites, transporting personnel & store orders, cleaning up of work sites & store locations and general underground labouring duties.
Ideally there client is seeking those with experience working in an underground mine, however those with a Boilermaker or Carpentry background will be highly regarded. Above all, the right work attitude is crucial. Willingness to learn, work as part of a team and be committed to safety are key qualities in the successful applicants.

- Current Manual Drivers License
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical
- First Aid certificate completed within the last 12 months (preferred)
The roster will be 7/7 day/night working 12hr shifts.
FIFO from Townsville or DIDO from the Mount Isa region opportunities are available for this role. Local Applicants will be given preference. FIFO applicants must reside within 150km of the Townsville. Meals and accommodation will be provided on site, inductions and medical will be arranged prior to commencing work.
