About the role:

They are currently recruiting for an experienced trade qualified Heavy Duty Mechanic to utilize their skills to the highest standards in safety working for Toll Mining Services at there onsite operations in the Goldfields region. This position will report to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance and repairs of load and haul fleet.

What they are searching for:

  • A commitment to health and safety practices
  • Hold an Australian recognized trade qualification (HD Mechanic or equivalent)
  • Cummins experience
  • CAT earth moving experience
  • Strong electrics diagnostics skills
  • Hold a forklift license – high risk
  • Hold a current drivers license – HR license preferred
  • Diagnostics in repair of off road dual powered road trains experience desirable
  • FIFO/DIDO mine site experience

Applicants will need to pass the medical requirements for this role and must be able to provide evidence of having the Right to Work in Australia. It is a prerequisite for the preferred candidates for this role to undergo a criminal background check.
