Store Person Coppabella Mining – FIFO Bowen Basin

Coppabella is largest facility with 2550 + rooms and is supported by Facilities, Housekeeping, Administration, Guest Services, Health and Lifestyle and Food and Beverage departments. This village also provides fantastic lifestyle options with the provision of sport and relaxation facilities such as pools, gyms, health and well-being and employee programs. General details
- Full time position
- Roster 5 days on, 2 days off.
- Meals & accommodation will be provided whilst on roster for those not living local to the Village
- To receive, record, store and distribute perishable and non-perishable goods, ensuring stocks are kept at the desired level and other departments receive necessary supplies in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Must have Forklift Operation ticket.
- Must have Manual Driver’s license, Class C
- Remote work experience is desirable
- Experience in high volume past paced environments
- Experience in receiving and distributing goods
- Good working knowledge of workplace health and safety

The Queensland Bowen Basin contains the largest coal reserves in Australia. This major coal producing region contains one of the world’s largest deposits of bituminous coal.
The Basin contains much of the known Permian coal resources in Queensland including virtually all of the known mineable prime coking coal. It was named for the Bowen River, itself named after Queensland’s first Governor, Sir George Bowen.
