Site Administration Opportunities – Karumba QLD
You will be an integral member of the operations team responsible for successfully and safely operating the Process Plant at the New Century Resources mine at Lawn Hill or the Operational facility at Karumba
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly operations reports Coordinating travel for the crews and staff
- Coordinating all site inductions ensuring availability PPE and uniforms Reconciliation of invoices and liaison with accounts
- Maintaining relationships with clients and contractors
- Supporting managers and superintendents with administration
The role at Lawn Hill will be offered as a FIFO on a 15/13 roster, the role at Karumba is residential working 5 days per week.
What are they searching for?
To be considered for this role you will have demonstrated experience in a administration support position within the engineering, construction or mining sectors including operational reporting, site mobilization and travel coordination.
Your problem solving abilities, time management and well developed communication skills will be key to your success in this role as you build relationships with the operations team, client and contractors.
Strong organizational and coordination skills; and intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Some exposure to SAP, Oracle or JD Edwards would be highly regarded.
