Tasman Power started in 2007 and specializes in providing electrical services in mining and construction in the WA mining sector. Tasman Power prides itself on providing quality services in maintenance and installation services  and are searching for like-minded, hardworking individuals who are interested in ongoing FIFO work from Perth.

They are currently recruiting for qualified experienced shutdown electricians for next busy period commencing mid September. These positions call for electricians with fixed plant maintenance or industrial experience.

This opportunity is offered on a casual contract with ongoing shutdown work available. It is offered on a FIFO basis from Perth only.

To be considered the successful candidate will possess the following:

  • WA A grade electrical license
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in the mining or resource industry
  • Valid WA C or HR class drivers license
  • Construction Card
  • EWP
  • First Aid Certificate (CPR within 1 year)
  • Working at Heights
  • Strong commitment and record towards safety
  • Full working rights within Australia
  • National Police Clearance
  • Applicants must be willing & able to pass a pre-employment medical & regular drug screening.
