SES Labour Solutions are currently seeking experienced Senior Production Supervisor with proven open pit Gold mining production experience for a new role in North West Queensland.
In this role you will make a direct contribution to ensuring that a safe working environment for the operators on site, ensuring production targets are achieved safely as per the mine plan.
Due to the critical nature of the roles in question, you will demonstrate the following portfolio of skills:
- 2+ years in a production supervisory role in surface gold mining
- Ability to lead a team and implement effective change
- Strong computer and reporting skills
- Extensive experience operating a wide variety of surface mobile mining plant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
