Riggers + Crane Operators of all levels required for a 4 – 6 week shutdown at Goonyella Riverside, Queensland. Personnel required on site ASAP for VOC’s, with shutdown works commencing mid-November through to late-December.

To be suitable, you must have:

  • Construction White Card
  • Valid Rigger / Crane Op. qualifications
  • Riggers – HR License as minimum + HRWL – RB, RI, RA
  • Crane – Franna License as minimum
  • BMA Core / Bridging Induction
  • Standard 11 *Standard 11 Training*
  • Coal Board Medical (Section 4)
  • Full Goonyella Riverside Inductions w/ completed SOP and WAF Inductions
  • Casual roles, flat hourly pay rates
  • All meals/accommodation provided
  • Flights to/from Brisbane
  • DIDO available
  • 10-12hr shifts (day and night shifts)

Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII)

Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.

RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
