About the Role
We are currently seeking Multi-Skilled Operators for work with a well known Mining Company near Moranbah. (90 minutes drive from Mackay).
Duties and Responsibilities
Operating CAT 789/793 Dump Trucks, CAT D10/D11 Dozers and CAT 16H & 24 M Graders
Maintain high standard of housekeeping on equipment
Communicate with other operators and assist in traffic management
At least 12 months experience operating CAT 789/793 Dump Trucks, CAT D10/D11 Dozers and CAT 16H & 24 M Graders
Competencies and skills lists to outline the above experience
A commitment to upholding excellence in safety
Candidate please note that the on-boarding process for these roles will be structured and will be required to undertake skills testing, interview, pre-employment medicals and drug and alcohol testing

Resources and Infrastructure Industry (RII)
Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.
RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
