SINGLE SKILLED AND MULTI SKILLED MINING OPERATORS REQUIRED FOR IMMEDIATE START
You MUST possess relevant plant certification, proof of experience or competency on similar equipment (EG CAT 789 dump truck) be willing to work rotating shift patterns, adhere to site safety procedures and a clear drug and alcohol test result is required prior to commencement.
Please note the specifics of this role necessitates coal board medical approval for fitness to work and random Drug and Alcohol tests. You must be able to wear appropriate PPE including a respirator if necessary, steel capped boots and longs.
To be considered for the role, applicants must possess the following:
- Site Machine Authorizations / skills list or RII’s
- Coal Board medical or willing to refresh
- Standard 11 Induction Training or willing to refresh

Commonly refered to as Black Coal Competency (BCC), the RII competency is one that can be attained by an operator who has previously worked in the industry and has completed a number of operating hours on various types of machinery.
RII competency is granted to prove correct and safe operation of mine site machinery. It is a very useful qualification to have, as it confirms the operator has the required experience and expertise.
