Due to rapid growth, NuGrow are currently seeking an experienced multi-ticket plant operator to join the team at Kogan facility. This is a casual position with a view to permanency, Friday-Monday alternating between day and night shift each week.

The plant operator will be required to operate various equipment including dump trucks, loaders, a windrow turner, ADT, mobile screens and excavators as well as be able to assist with administrative tasks such as updating volume spreadsheets and reporting on incoming waste.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Front End Loader competency
  • Excavator competency
  • ADT competency
  • Bobcat, roller, windrow turner, dozer and grader experience advantageous.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Good presentation
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to follow procedures and job instructions with safety being a priority
  • Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
  • Have a great attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work alternating weekend shifts
