The client is an energy, infrastructure and resource company whose activities span renewable energy, mining, shipping and commodities trading through its key hubs in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. On their behalf, they are currently searching for an experienced Maintenance Specialist for their South Australian operations.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for improving both the short-term capacity of the plant as well as developing and implementing strategies for longer term capability and overall improvement of equipment condition and reliability.  They will also lead the planning and execution of all maintenance activities within the operational areas including budgeting, plant and people management.

Ideally, you will have a degree and/or trade qualification combined with relevant leadership experience in mineral processing or heavy industry. Your experience in reliability improvement methodologies and the implementation and execution of plant management strategies will be invaluable.
