About our Client
Our client is Australias largest coal miner and exporter, the world’s largest supplier to the sea borne coking coal market and largest coal producer and supplier of metallurgical coal. The client has several mine sites across the Bowen Basin consisting primarily of open cut mines.
About the Role
WorkPac is currently seeking experienced production operators to commence at a mine located near Moranbah for both FIFO Brisbane and DIDO.
Skills & Experience
To be a suitable applicant for this position you will require:
Coal Board Medical
Standard 11
Drivers Licence
Experience operating on or more of the following:
Haul Trucks- CAT 785, 789, 793, 797 (must be willing to drive truck as required)
Desirable Skills Large Excavator – Pre-strip
Small Excavator – Coal clean up
Dozer – Managing dumps and/or dozer push
Grader – 16/24M haul road maintenance Role Summary Safe and efficient operation of mining equipment in a complex multi-seam
